About the Speakers:
Paula Heiret is a Lean Manufacturing Trainer is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Based in Ormond Beach, Florida, Paula is a Project Manager for the Florida Manufacturing Extension Partnership (Florida MEP). In this role, Paula works with manufacturers to transform their business from a traditional operation to a world-class organization.
Before joining Florida MEP in 2007, Paula worked for 12 years in electronics manufacturing for commercial and defense aerospace applications. Paula has experience in Production Control, Operations Management, Materials Management and Lean Enterprise Transformation.

Kevin Kelsey the Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Champion for Boston Whaler in Edgewater, FL. Throughout the last twenty-five years Kevin has had the opportunity to implement Lean in three major industries (Automotive OEM and Suppliers, Ambulance, Rescue and Fire Trucks and Boating) utilizing an array of processes (stamping, fabrication, injection molding, extrusion, hand molding, chemical reaction and many forms of assembly) employing many different materials including steel, aluminum, plastics, rubber, glass and fiberglass. From Engineer to Plant Manager to Business Owner to Continuous Improvement Manager, Kevin has gained the knowledge and experience at all levels of business and understand the impact Lean can have on any business.
