March 10: We are continuing our great partnership with FL MEP and Daytona State College to provide top quality training at an affordable price. FL MEP will be presenting LE 102: Principles of Lean – the Clock Factory.

March 16: Our first ever Prospective Member Reception.  This is a Member Bring a Member Event at the Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott from 5:00-7:00.  Your Board wants to share the benefits of VMA membership with prospective manufacturing members. Wage and Benefits Survey: Did you know that we have the only local wage and benefit survey in the area?  It is very useful when you need to do a wage analysis.  It is up to the manufacturer members to keep it updated.   Please, if you haven’t done it lately, go to www.VMAonline.com, Members only, Wage and Benefits Reporting and enter your data.  This survey was designed by a team of our own HR directors, so let’s keep the effort going.
